1. General Information
All products sold by Passion for Paws are intended for canine use only.
By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that all responsibility for the safe use, handling, feeding, and storage of dog treats and accessories lies with the pet owner.
2. Supervision
Dogs must be supervised at all times when consuming treats or using accessories.
Natural treats can pose a risk of:
choking,
splintering,
breaking into smaller pieces,
being swallowed whole.
Passion for Paws accepts no liability for injuries or incidents resulting from unsupervised use.
3. Suitability of Treats
Every dog is different. You must assess whether a treat is appropriate for your dog’s:
age,
size,
breed,
chewing style,
dental condition,
dietary needs,
sensitivities or allergies,
medical history.
If your dog has health issues or is new to natural treats, consult a veterinarian before feeding.
Do not feed:
puppies without appropriate vet guidance,
dogs with compromised teeth,
dogs with a history of choking or swallowing items without chewing,
dogs on restricted diets unless approved by a vet.
4. Allergies & Sensitivities
All ingredients are listed on each product page. It is the owner’s responsibility to:
read ingredient information before purchase,
avoid feeding treats that contain known allergens,
introduce new treats slowly,
monitor for reactions.
We accept no liability for allergic reactions or intolerance symptoms, including:
itching,
digestive upset,
swelling,
vomiting,
diarrhoea.

5. Feeding Guidelines
To ensure safe use:
Always choose treats appropriate to your dog’s size.
Provide plenty of fresh drinking water.

Remove treat remnants that become small enough to swallow whole.
Natural treats vary in size, shape, thickness, and density — this is normal and not considered a defect.
6. Storage & Handling

away from direct sunlight,
sealed properly after each use.
Do not feed treats that:
appear spoiled,
smell unusual,
have been improperly stored,
have exceeded their recommended shelf life.
We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from incorrect storage.
7. Risks Associated with Natural Treats
Natural treats may:
vary in appearance,
contain sharp edges or hard textures,
splinter depending on the treat type,
break into smaller fragments.
By purchasing natural treats, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
Passion for Paws excludes liability for:
choking,
dental damage,
injuries from sharp pieces,
swallowing issues,
gastrointestinal upset,
misuse or inappropriate feeding.
8. Accessories
Accessories (such as treat pouches or extendable leads) must be used responsibly and according to their purpose.
We are not liable for:
improper use of accessories,
injuries resulting from incorrect fitting or handling,
wear-and-tear related failures,
misuse by the owner.
